Maverick Wrecker Design and Repair, Inc. (“Maverick Wrecker”) stands behind the quality and durability of all its products 100%. We understand the demanding environment our towing products are subjected to, being used multiple times on a daily basis. Our commitment to excellence ensures that we offer a robust warranty to support our customers.
Notification of Issues:
In the event of any issues with our products, we require notification within one (1) business day of the occurrence of the issue, unless the following day falls on a weekend, in which case notification should be made on the first subsequent weekday. Please report any issues by calling us at 713-835-3811.
Inspection and Pre-Trip Inspection Report:
To address your concerns efficiently, we ask that you bring in the vehicle for inspection immediately after reporting the issue. Additionally, we require the pre-trip inspection report for the item in question to be presented at the time of inspection. This is to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the circumstances surrounding the issue.
Maintenance Requirement:
Regular maintenance of the purchased product is crucial. The warranty will be voided if it is determined that the product has been neglected or improperly maintained. It is the responsibility of the customer to be informed about and adhere to the correct maintenance procedures for the product. Maverick Wrecker will make every effort to provide maintenance information at the time of sale, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the purchaser.

- Rebuilt T-bars
- Miller L arms
- Jer Dan L arms
- Maverick Hybrid Dolly axles
- Maverick In The Ditch Dolly swap
Please note, all other items not expressly mentioned above will be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or other external causes not attributable to defects in material or workmanship.
Claims Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Maverick Wrecker at the number provided above. The product in question must be inspected by Maverick Wrecker to determine eligibility under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability:
Maverick Wrecker Design and Repair, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Maverick Wrecker, and no other warranties, whether express or implied, are applicable.
This warranty is binding and governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
