1. What’s the catch? This is too good to be true.
We know that by the time you are calling us the dolly is in pretty bad shape. All it needs to have is 2 good hubs. Since we cut off the rest, that junk dolly is fine to send in. No handle, no problem. Missing cam locks, no problem. The fins on the bottom ground off, no problem.
2. How long does it take?
We work hard to maintain a supply of ready to go dollys. We will work with you to find the fastest, cheapest shipping and provide a quick turnaround time.
3. What if I can’t put a set down for the time it takes for shipping?
If you put a deposit down, we can ship the set to you first so you won’t be down. The money is refunded when you send the cores back to us.
4. Is shipping included.
No, but we do try our best to get the best possible rates. We ship with UPS or RL Carriers, XPO, or SAIA.
5. What happens when I bend the spindle after the dolly was Mavericked?
The great thing about having your dolly Mavericked is the ease of replacing that leading spindle that will bend when you hit the curb or pothole. We can sell you a new spindle to put on or if you do not what to install it yourself you can always ship it back to us and we will install it for you. Sometimes, if the dolly is in too bad of shape a swap is recommended.
6. We have 10 sets that need to be swapped out, can you handle that?
Sure we can, we will set up the freight for you and get the return pallet out ASAP.
7. What if I am missing a hub or I have the sealed hubs?
If you are missing a hub or they are the sealed hubs, then it will be an additional $25.00 per hub. The sealed hubs are not reusable.
8. Do I get a new dolly back?
NO, but you will get one that is like better than new. We recondition the frame to the best possible and paint with high quality truck paint. Hubs are either new or like new. New bearings and dust caps.
